Sheryl Underwood, a American television personality and comedian, is best known as the host for The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime television. She was brought up by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl lives in a family that is turbulent. She spent most her childhood looking after her sibling Frankie. Frankie was a patient of polio. When she was growing up, there were many arguments with her mom. Sheryl claimed that in one instance, her mother had attacked an uncle of her daughter due to the fact that she had been a little too close to the father. Sheryl joined military after graduating from the college. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the sole female who made it to the competition in 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search. Her first TV career in 1992 being a regular actor on HBO's comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She hosted the television show Oh Drama! in 2000. The present guest host on the talk talk show from 2011. She's also appeared in fictional shows such as Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
